STORE USE

You must use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access or use our content without permission.

PRODUCTS

WJSZERO products are printed to order. We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours and designs accurately. Colours and print placement may appear slightly different depending on your screen, garment size and the printing process.

These reasonable variations are not necessarily faults. Nothing in these terms excludes rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We may update prices, products and promotions without notice. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is accepted for production.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, product unavailability or another reasonable operational issue. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund.

Customers must provide accurate order, contact and delivery information.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ORDERS

Products are made specifically after an order is placed. We do not provide returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections or customer ordering errors.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or significantly misdescribed products will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All WJSZERO names, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, videos and website content belong to WJSZERO or are used with permission. They must not be copied, reproduced, sold, modified or used commercially without written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party providers to operate our website, process payments, produce products and deliver orders. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WJSZERO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when our store, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on our website.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts and tribunals of Queensland.
