WJSZERO products are printed to order through our Australian production partner, The Print Bar.

PROCESSING TIMES

Because every item is made specifically for your order, production generally takes between 7 and 14 business days. Production times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, sales or public holidays.

Shipping time begins after production is complete and is additional to the processing time.

DELIVERY

Delivery costs and available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times are estimates only. WJSZERO cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by postal services, severe weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact WJSZERO@outlook.com immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfilment has begun. Additional postage costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your order arrives damaged, contact WJSZERO@outlook.com with your order number and relevant photographs.
